The staff at reception were available at all times.
The room was NOISY due to traffic from the road, a MAJOR issue. It would really benefit from better soundproofing or an updated balcony door, a necessary upgrade.

The staff was very cute upon arrival. They were also helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was very good with a nice little outdoor area. The underground car park was secure and offered good value for money.
I only had one chair on the balcony. There was no table or shelf for supporting a drink. The balcony was a bit dirty around the edges. The room was also noisy with traffic from the road. A sound proof balcony door would definitely help.

The location was really convenient (just a short walk from the train station). my room had a balcony. the breakfast included gluten-free bread. I really appreciated this.
my room was quite small. the air conditioning did not work . there was no bar or pool available at the hotel.
